  • A consultation is required before any treatment can be carried out. The consultation fee is £20 and is fully redeemable against your onward treatment.

    This appointment allows time for a thorough assessment, discussion of your goals and expectations, and, where appropriate, prescribing.

    Please note: If you are booking anti-wrinkle treatment, a face-face consultation and prescribing appointment is required first. Your treatment will then be booked for a later date.

  • Most aesthetic treatments involve injectables, so I recommend avoiding strenuous exercise before your appointment. Please arrive well hydrated and haven eaten recently.

    It’s also best to avoid caffeine and alcohol before your treatment. Certain medications may also need to be avoided, but this will be discussed with you during your consultation.

  • To keep things simple and stress-free, I offer a range of payment options:

    • Card payments: A card machine is available in the clinic for quick and easy payment.

    • BACS transfer: Accepted for securing your treatment slot or paying in advance.

    I offer an optional Buy Now, Pay Later option through a regulated provider, allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment. This is entirely optional and never influences clinical recommendations.

    • All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your treatment slot.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and if rebooking another holding deposit will be required.

    • Rescheduling: If you need to move your appointment, please let me know as early as possible. If you contact me more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be kept on file and transferred to your rescheduled booking.

    • No-shows: Appointments not attended without notice will result in loss of the deposit and if rebooking another holding deposit will be required.

    At consultation I will need to remove any makeup to properly assess your skin and facial structure. Before injectable treatments, makeup must be removed; however, this can be done at the clinic if needed.

    After any injectable treatment, makeup should be avoided for 24 hours to help minimise the risk of irritation and infection.
