My clinic is based in the heart of Guildford town. Appointments are offered across two local locations. Treatments take place either in a private space a short walk from the High Street, or within a therapy room located just off the High Street.

A consultation is required before any treatment can be carried out. The consultation fee is £20 and is fully redeemable against your onward treatment.
This appointment allows time for a thorough assessment, discussion of your goals and expectations, and, where appropriate, prescribing.
Please note: If you are booking anti-wrinkle (Botox) treatment, a face-face consultation and prescribing appointment is required first. Your treatment will then be booked for a later date.

There is no single ‘patient group’ that I do not see and treat. Every individual is carefully assessed and treatment options are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Following your consultation, we’ll talk through the results you’re hoping for and what I believe is realistic and achievable for you.

Yes. Every client booking a treatment slot will need to secure their appointment with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Please don’t worry this deposit is deducted from your final treatment cost.
A holding deposit of this size allows me to order your products in a timely and safe way, ensuring everything is prepared specifically for your appointment.

To keep things simple and stress-free, I offer a range of payment options:
Card payments: A card machine is available in the clinic for quick and easy payment.
BACS transfer: Accepted for securing your treatment slot or paying in advance.
Buy now pay L8r.
Cash: Accepted, but not preferred.

Yes.
I offer an optional Buy Now, Pay Later option through a regulated provider, allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment. This is entirely optional and never influences clinical recommendations.

All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your treatment slot.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and if rebooking another holding deposit will be required.
Rescheduling: If you need to move your appointment, please let me know as early as possible. If you contact me more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be kept on file and transferred to your rescheduled booking.
No-shows: Appointments not attended without notice will result in loss of the deposit and if rebooking another holding deposit will be required.
